Quality time is a notion coming from the realm of marketing meaning high quality spare time. Under this device the festival Diskurs 07 hosted an international workshop the members of which had been asked to generate quality time during the period of 7 days and to create a performance at the same time. The selection of the members happened quasi democratically via self selection.
