Data protection

1. Who is responsible for processing your data?

The following is responsible for data processing in accordance with this data protection declaration:

It’s The Real Thing Studios

2. What data do we process and for what purposes?

We process your name and contact details and communication content for the purpose of communicating with you and for related purposes such as legal compliance or security purposes.

We also send newsletters if you register for them. In addition to your contact details, we also process data about opening the newsletter and, if necessary, clicking on links (who clicked on which links and when) in order to measure the success of the newsletter. To do this, the newsletter uses invisible image files and coded links. You can also configure your email program so that image files are not loaded automatically.

3. How do we disclose data?

We may disclose personal data to service providers (e.g. for hosting and communication) and to offices, authorities and courts. These recipients are located in Switzerland, but potentially worldwide. If there is no adequate data protection, we conclude appropriate contracts, e.g. the so-called standard contractual clauses. In certain cases, we can also transmit data without such contracts, e.g. if you have consented to the corresponding disclosure or if the disclosure is necessary for the execution of the contract, for the establishment, exercise or enforcement of legal claims or for overriding public interests.

4. What are your rights?

You have certain rights under the conditions and within the scope of applicable data protection law, e.g. B. a right to information, a right to correction and a right to object.

5. Cookies, local storage, session storage

This website does not use cookies.

However, in the spirit of transparency, we are letting you know that we use local storage. In local storage we store the last time the "Current" page, which is also used as a pop-up window, was shown to you, so that, after you have closed it, it will conveniently not be displayed again automatically the next time you load the website, but only the next day. This data is stored locally on your computer and is never sent to us.

Also, this website uses session storage to locally save which page you are currently on, and which page you visited before, to make sure the "close" button on the "Current" page works correctly.
